What this site is

Lipedema Central is an informational directory of lipedema surgery practices and related education. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, insurance, or financial advice, and nothing here creates a clinician-patient relationship. A listing is not a recommendation or an endorsement of any practice or outcome. Treatment decisions belong with you and your physician.

Accuracy

Listing information is compiled from each practice's own published material and, where a practice completes verification, from the practice directly. Prices, policies, and availability change; confirm every detail with the practice and with your insurer before relying on it.

Content

Site text and original graphics are © Lipedema Central. Photographs credited to third parties are used under their stated Creative Commons licenses, with attribution on the page where they appear. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Reviews and other things you submit

Reviews are your own account of your experience and are not statements by Lipedema Central. By submitting one you confirm it is your genuine experience of that practice, and you give us permission to publish and keep it. We read every review before it appears and we may decline to publish one, in particular where it identifies another patient, appears not to be from a real patient, or makes an allegation we cannot reasonably publish. A published review is not removed because a practice finds it unflattering. It is removed if it turns out to be fraudulent, if it exposes someone's private information, or where the law requires it. Write to us at the address below to raise a problem with any review.
