What we collect

If you join the notification list, we collect the email address and state you submit, and we use them only to tell you about practices in your area. If a practice completes our verification form, we collect the practice information submitted there and use it to maintain the practice's public listing. Reading this site requires no account and no personal information.

Reviews you submit

If you leave a review, we collect the rating, the review text, the name you choose to be shown by, and your email address if you provide one. The rating, the text and the name are published on the practice's listing. Your email address is not published, and we use it only to contact you about the review. Do not include another person's name, medical details, or anything you would not want published.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individuals across sites. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent any information to anyone.

Practice listings

Practice pages contain business information: practice names, clinician names, addresses, phone numbers, and details drawn from each practice's own published material or provided by the practice. To correct or remove information about your practice, email us.

Your choices

To be removed from the notification list, or to ask what information we hold about you and have it deleted, email [email protected].

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
